You are always on the edge of self-control, ready to slip into a violent Frenzy at any moment (see page 184). If another ability would allow you to enter a state of Frenzy, you may do so without making a Test. Furthermore, when you exit the Frenzy state, you do not incur a Fatigued Condition.
