You maintain a secret identity that allows you to appear richer, or perhaps poorer, than you actually are. You can adopt an alternate persona with a Career of your choice for a set period of time (an encounter, a day, an entire adventure) without having to Test to maintain the charade, and during this period you are treated as having the Class and Status of the chosen Career.

If you wish, you can even adopt this persona for the purpose of carrying out Banking and Income Endeavours, however, in the case of an Income Endeavour, you must take a Challenging (+0 SL) Earning Test with either Entertain (Acting) or the chosen Career’s normal Earning Skill for the Earning Test (not the Earning Skill of your actual Career). If you have the Embezzle Talent, you can use Bribery or Evaluate instead if you are embezzling. If the Earning Test fails, the ruse is exposed, with consequences determined by the GM.
